Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the product purchased.

Please note that dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Made-to-Order Items (Goose Down Duvet Inners)

Our goose down duvet inners are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer.

• Production time applies before dispatch
• A valid residential delivery address is required
• A telephone contact number is required
• PO Boxes are not accepted

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within New Zealand and internationally.

For international orders:

• Additional shipping charges may apply
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

Courier Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery timeframes lies with the courier service. We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues beyond our control.
