Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the product purchased.

Please note that dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Made-to-Order Items (Goose Down Duvet Inners)

Our goose down duvet inners are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer.

• Production time applies before dispatch
• A valid residential delivery address is required
• A telephone contact number is required
• PO Boxes are not accepted

Made to order items cannot be cancelled once the production has commenced.  Change-of-mind returns may be requested after delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Approved change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. These restrictions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

We ship within New Zealand and internationally.

For international orders:

• Additional shipping charges may apply
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery Issues:

Once your order has been dispatched delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control. However, if we arranged the courier and your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the courier and provide any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand and Australia may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs-clearance charges or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. 

Payment may be required before the parcel is released or delivered.  Rissa's Boutique by eShopifiz has no control over these charges and cannot predict the final amount.  Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
