RISSA’s Boutique operates from New Zealand. This website and purchases made through it are governed by New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable. Nothing in our policies limits or removes any rights customers have under laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers purchasing from outside New Zealand may also have rights under the consumer laws of their own country or region.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen or device. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate options.

Prices and currency

Unless stated otherwise, prices on this website are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). A customer’s bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or use its own exchange rate. RISSA’s Boutique is not responsible for those additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated, the RISSA’s Boutique name, branding, website content, written material and original images belong to RISSA’s Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
