Processing Time: During Business hours (Monday - Friday) 1-5 Working Days.

Estimated Arrival: During Business hours (Monday - Friday)-20 Working Days.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
Delivery time frame:
Processing time: 1 - 5 Working days.
Shipping time: 7 - 20 Working days.
We do not post to PO BOXES, all items must go to a physical address, usually your home address or local post office or depot.
Different countries use different logistics, customs and the cooperation logistics type will have the following: FedEx, China mail, Epacket, USPS, Yun Express, DHL and so on.
Please be patient with delivery and make sure you allocate sufficient time until your order arrives.
Note: If you want to pay for a higher shipping method or purchase insurance for your item, this covers any returns on your purchase. 
To have your parcel delivered quicker, I suggest you contact us and we will quote you the cost of the order to your address.
In this case, we highly recommend DHL as they have a great tracking system in place and in every country.

New Zealand Crystals Shipping Times:
Please note we do not ship during New Zealand public holidays.
All Crystals are shipped upon 3 business days following a successful online payment, you will receive your order by a courier within 3 business days.  There are only 2 options for shipping in New Zealand for Metro or Urban deliveries, please make sure to pick the correct shipping method for your area, we do not accept liability for incorrect shipping - in which case your parcel will either be returned to us or kept at New Zealand Post so please make sure to include a telephone number for the courier to reach you.
